Brass Wraps' most important policy covers your privacy.  No information is kept on this website or its' servers.  Credit card information is handled by PayPal exclusively and controlled by their secure processing systems. We never see your account number or any of your credit information. 

Information needed to send your purchases or contact you for any reason will be used for those purposes only. We will never sell or share your information with anyone. For more information on using PayPal, click on one of the PayPal badges on the site.

Brass Wraps - African Killerbeads is located in Elmore County, Alabama.  Alabama State sales taxes will be added to all purchases that are delivered to customers in Alabama and additionally,  sales tax will be added to purchases delivered to addresses in Elmore County, Alabama. Brass Wraps will submit those taxes collected to the state and to the county.  All other customers are responsible for any sales taxes levied by their states of residence. In the event that Brass Wraps establishes Nexus in a location, sales taxes will then be collected and submitted to the appropriate entities.

Currently, Brass Wraps does not solicit any customers outside of the United States. Purchases for non US addresses or non US PayPal accounts can not be accepted at this time.

Items ship within 3 days from purchase. Currently the United States Post Office will be used for shipping.  A tracking number will be emailed to the purchaser when the item is shipped. The purchaser will be notified in the event of any delays.

I truly hope you will be satisfied with your selection, however, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be in their original unused condition. To return a purchase:
1. Contact Brass Wraps for a restocking number. There is a restocking fee of 20%. 
2. Return the item at your expense and be sure to  include the restocking number.
3. Once received and examined, a refund will be issued minus the shipping and restocking fee.
**NOTE. For your health and safety, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

Brass Wraps keeps a mailing list to notify valued customers of sales, new collections, and special events.  We will only include a customer if they  sign up. The notifications will be via email and the option to unsubscribe is available.  To subcribe to these notifications, use the sign up form.

Cookies are used only for making the website a more plesant experience. Cookies are neither kept analyzed, harvested for any reason other than what is needed for the web rendering software.
